Miranda Brennan
Miranda earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at Aurora University in Aurora, IL. Miranda is a Licensed Social Worker and has provided counseling to clients since 2021. She has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, and community mental health.
Miranda has professional experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. She specializes in engaging with adolescents who may be experiencing a multitude of behavioral and mental struggles including anxiety and depression. Her specialties include individual and family support counseling in order to help clients work through various issues such as anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, and social skills.
Miranda provides direct therapy services using a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Miranda believes it is about meeting each client where they are and helping them explore and process in a safe environment.
