Brianne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University,  her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Illinois Professional Educators License with Social Work Endorsement from Aurora University.  In addition to her position at Oswego Wellness, Brianne also currently holds a position as a School Social Worker at Oswego East High School in School District 308.

Brianne enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults in both the individual and group setting. She has over 23 years experience working in various settings including community mental health, hospitals, domestic abuse shelters, and schools.  She specializes in supporting individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, grief and loss, abuse, mood disorders, self-harm, social skills, and educational support. 

Brianne recognizes the importance of establishing a trusting relationship and utilizes an integrated approach to therapy.  She provides a safe and encouraging environment to support individuals to identify their personal strengths, communicate effectively with others, problem solve, make healthy choices, set appropriate and attainable goals and boundaries, cope with life stressors, and self-advocate.
