Nutrition and Wellness at Benedictine University, where she also completed her ACEND-accredited dietetic internship.  In addition to her role at Oswego Wellness, Christine provides dietetic services for Association for Individual Development and currently holds a position of Director of Nutrition Services for the non-profit organization Help.Sorry.Love.  As a dietitian working the behavioral health field, she has gained invaluable experiences with various aspects of nutrition and wellness.  These experiences include working with patients struggling with eating disorders and emotional eating, overweight and obese individuals, and a variety of medical diagnoses, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid  issues, food allergies and drug/nutrient interactions. 

Christine is a warm, approachable dietitian who believes nutrition plays a crucial role in not only physical health, but also mental health and overall wellness.  She takes a client-centered approach in her counseling, focusing on the specific needs of each individual. She provides a non-judgmental, positive and encouraging atmosphere for her clients and uses goal-based nutrition therapy to help clients achieve their desired results.  Christine enjoys a hands-on approach, often helping clients with meal planning and grocery shopping.  Her focus is on providing people with a better understanding of how the food we eat affects our bodies.  In her spare time, Christine enjoys hiking, running, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
